On the corporate website site of Orgahim AD, 3 reports for smells have been received, as follows:

1. Wednesday, 27.09.2023, 04:11 A.M. for sweet chemistry in the center of Ruse.

2. Friday, 29.09.2023, 00:40 A.M. for a strong smell of paints and varnishes in the center of Ruse.

3. Friday, 29.09.2023, 06:30 A.M. for a suffocating smell of acetone near the Transport Hospital, Ruse, and a sweet smell in the city center.

With regards to these 3 signals received, we would like to outline the following facts:

1. Orgachim AD is carrying its production process in a frame which is strictly in-line with the Environmental legislation in force in Bulgaria.

2. As part of its normal governance, Orgachim AD carried out the necessary inspections following each of the 3 mentioned signals received. The inspections did not reveal any issue on Orgachim’s production site.

3. Orgachim’s production schedule during the interval in which the 3 above mentioned signals were received was from 08:00 to 16:30 during working days.

Therefore, the smells in the specified intervals could not have been generated by Orgachim AD.

We would like to assure the citizens of Ruse that the production of paints and varnishes is carried out on a regular shift, in the interval from 08:00 to 16:30, and the Environmental norms are closely monitored and followed.
