With its accession to the Global Compact, the company takes on an even more defined role as a driver of positive change and sustainable development
Orgachim AD has officially joined the United Nations Global Compact – the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. This membership marks an important step forward for the company, which has declared its commitment to the Compact’s Ten Universal Principles related to human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

“We believe that the business holds responsibility for the future. Our participation in the UN Global Compact is another step towards being a sustainable partner – for our clients, employees, communities, and the world at large. The management of Orgachim is driven by a vision of integrity, transparency, and innovation that creates value not only for the company, but also for society,” said Irina Mandoiu, CEO of the Policolor–Orgachim Group. “We are honored to support the Global Compact principles and to make them an integral part of our strategic goals, corporate culture, and daily operations,” she added.
Joining the UN Global Compact is not only a recognition of Orgachim’s socially responsible and transparent approach, but also a clear signal to partners, clients, and the public that the company operates in accordance with the highest international standards.

The UN Global Compact brings together over 20,000 companies and organizations from more than 160 countries, all committed to contributing to the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Membership includes the annual submission of a Communication on Progress (CoP), which outlines how the Ten Principles are being implemented and how the company contributes to the UN’s global goals.
By joining the UN Global Compact, Orgachim is confidently stepping into a future where innovation, responsibility, and sustainability go hand in hand.
